Reiki-Lite is a doorway into the healing world of Reiki. It is not a replacement for the knowledge and practice gained in workshops required to be a Reiki practitioner.

Reiki-Lite is for anyone who doesn't have the time, energy, or health to participate in a longer workshop.

Reiki-Lite is intended to support healing and recovery in yourself and others.
